Melonite Gas Tubes

Our Rosco Melonite Gas Tubes have an extremely durable Black Nitride finish that increases corrosion resistance, wear resistance, fatigue strength and cosmetic appeal. These gas tubes work great under a handguard because they are more durable than standard gas tubes. Available in pistol, carbine, patrol length, mid-length, and rifle lengths. Does not include a roll pin.

Non-Adjustable Gas Block, v2

Our v2 Non-Adjustable Gas Blocks feature the same 'Bloodline' dependability, with improvements for the modern shooter.  We added a knockout hole at the front of the gas block to aide in removing the gas tube. Also featuring improved tolerances and finishes, making the v2 Gas Block a staple for years to come.

Adjustable Gas Block

Our Rosco Adjustable Gas Block is purposely designed to be lined up perfectly with our barrels and gas ports to ensure reliable cycling every time. These Adjustable gas blocks pick up where our standard block leaves off and works perfectly for shooters that want to be able to control their gas flow for suppressed applications.

This is one of the best 10.5 300 Blackout barrels I have owned. You will be able to tell the difference in quality compared to many other barrels and it’s at a great price. Also, their customer service is top notch. Never have I had people work so fast and diligently to fix a shipping issue. Professional, friendly and damn good barrels. What more could you ask for?

This was the only barrel my local shop had in stock. I’ve never heard of Rosco.. Boy am I glad they had it! Sub MOA .792” at 100 yards with a 3 shot group! Don’t hesitate to purchase this barrel.. Supreme quality and function.. I’m very impressed!! I wish I could upload the target pic…

Asked my local shop to build an 300 Blk Pistol for me. Asked for a 10.5 inch barrel, as I felt it would give me a little more velocity for the supers. Have a 300 Blk Rifle and wanted something to put a can on. After shooting it, I was impressed with the accuracy, so I looked through the handguard and saw Rosco. Web search on Rosco was outstanding. My 110 and 125 Sierras, touch at 50 yards, with a red dot, When I do my part. When they don’t, I know it’s me. As ACC says 300 Blk is best with a 9 “, I added 1.5 inches as a Fudge. Thanked my gunsmith for his excellent choice in the ROSCO barrel selection and the quality of the overall Aero Precision Build.

Order the 10.5 barrel for a 300 blackout built received it in good time put 100 rounds though it at 50yrds some were on top of each other with a Red dot barrel works good won’t break the bank and looks good with the areo upper.

Even though this item was noted as backorder I still recieved it in good time. The barrel looks solid and top notch. I am still yet to put some rounds through it but once I do you’ll hear about it.

  6. Levi Gibbs

Ordered one of these a while back for my first suppressed 300 blk build and it’s done a better job than I could asked for! A couple thousand rounds later and I can attest, these truly are the best barrel at this price point and I’d say even better than some more expensive brands. If you’re on the fence about buying one, go ahead and do it, you won’t regret it!

The only barrel I’ll ever go with is a rosco. Easily the best barrels on the market.

Great barrel for a good price I got the bloodline 10.5 in .300 blackout. 1000 rounds threw so far and no complaints. I will be buying more for future builds

Sent sky lead through this 10.5 300 blackout barrel recently. It shoots so smoothly. Running it with a direct thread silencerco omega 9k. Its very quiet. I was running a 8 inch barrel before but the 10.5 is smoother and quieter. Also I was running a standard buffer spring and h1 buffer. It was throwing brass at my 3 oclock might throw in a odin works adjustable buffer to tune it. I highly recommend this barrel if you are looking at getting a 300 blackout build going

The ideal length for a 300 for sure imo, these barrels slap hard. The quality is their , as well as the shipping /cs ?, I beat the hell out of it the other day ran a bunch of 110 gr subs , not one problem and it held a good group at 100-150 for a 10.5 . For the price point , it’s a solid move . I’ll be back ?‍☠️??

Got the barrel it looks really nice. The only thing is that the headspace was off with my BCG. I went ahead and looked up a video on Brownells about it and it said that one option was to try a different BCG so I did and got a new one. It closes now haven’t shot it but I assume it will preform well. The rating is 3 because I had to buy a new BCG
