The Rosco “Sauce Pack” bundles were created after direct requests from our customers to provide them with the key components needed for their carbine/ pistol builds at a great combined price. The result is a hand-picked list of parts that will produce results right out of the box. All parts within these kits are designed to synchronize together and create an un-interrupted system that will bring every individual component to its peak performance level. The perfect marriage of all our available Bloodline accessories and our in-house made barrels will make for the ultimate combo in performance and cost savings.
Our Purebred sauce packs feature our hard-use barrels (from the namesake category) and the accessories needed to provide the consumer with a complete ignition system for their Duty/ Defense builds. Each Purebred “Sauce Pack” features a Purebred barrel, Bloodline BCG (5.56/.300 BLK), Bloodline Gas Block (Non-Adjustable), and a Bloodline Gas Tube (Pistol, Carbine, Mid-Length, or Rifle). The parts are all designed to work perfectly when paired together and are designed to maximize the performance of each component, collectively!

- Purebred Barrel
- Bloodline BCG (5.56/.300 BLK)
- Bloodline Gas Block (Non-Adjustable)

Absolutely fantastic set, and worth every penny. We like buying things as matched sets and this sauce pack really delivered. The feed ramps have fantastic geometry and are finished perfectly, first time in a long while that we didn’t have to work on feed ramps (not rosco mfg) prior to install. The gas block mated up with the barrel very tight and created a fantastic seal for very efficient gas. Very impressed with the entire BCG as well. Everything measured out great, gas key torqued and staked great and the finish is awesome.

Purchased the sauce pack in November of 2019 having never heard of Rosco MFG besides a YouTube review from a guy named GarandThumb I stumbled across randomly, but it was a complete set. This setup (barrel, bolt & carrier, gas block, and gas tube), accompanied with a A5H1 buffer setup has been the most reliable, accurate, and dependable rifle I have. Having used competitor barrels in other upper receiver builds, this one actually works out of the box with no modifications to any component, no failure to feeds, no need to massage feed ramps, nothing required besides basic assembly.
It. Just. Works!

First Saucepack, second Purebred barrel. The best value to cost ratio on the market. This Saucepack is the smoothest running rifle I have built yet. First mid length barrel for me, without a doubt it was the right choice for this build.

I just used this pack on a Geissele Super Duty receiver set with a B.E. Meyers 249f muzzle device. Added a Geissele mk4 13.5″ handguard, everything went together super smooth. It did require a J.P. Enterprise double crush washer but couldn’t be happier otherwise. Looking forward to shooting this barrel out. Thanks!

I have built several AR15 firearms using Rosco Barrels including the 13.7″ mid length chambered in .223 Wylde.. The sauce pack offers a slight saving which is nice. The 13.7″ midelngth in .223 wylde purebred barrels have provided consistent accuracy and performance. The Wylde chamber allows for the use of three calibers which is a excellent option as well as providing good performance for the two common chambering, .223 rem and 5.56mm Nato. Due to the .0750 sized gas port the guns are quite gassy when suppressed compared to other manufacturers I use which run a .0720 on a similar length barrel setup. Overall the barrel is very good quality and the prices are fair.
