Our v2 Non-Adjustable Gas Blocks feature the same ‘Bloodline’ dependability, with improvements for the modern shooter. We added a knockout hole at the front of the gas block to aide in removing the gas tube. Also featuring improved tolerances and finishes, making the v2 Gas Block a staple for years to come.

Our Rosco Non-Adjustable Gas Blocks are purposely designed to be lined up perfectly with our barrels and gas ports to ensure reliable cycling every time. Our Non-Adjustable gas block is a direct plug in for any one of our barrels and has provisions for pinning. Each Gas Block comes with (2) set screws and (2) roll pins.

Perfect fit on my Bloodline 16″ 5.56 heavy barrel. Most other brand gas blocks do not include pins or even set screws. Rosco includes both! Great design feature with hole to help remove gas tube. The gas block I replaced took quite a bit of convincing to get off the gas tube! Thanks Rosco!

I like the design but wonder why you drill the holes for the pinning for the barrel when you don’t cut the barrel for it . Other wise everything else is well machined. Like your products.

Would have given 5 stars but I haven’t completed the rifle yet. I bought this because it is going on an 18” bloodline barrel and I figured the barrel and gas block from the same manufacturer the tolerance stacking would be more precise. All of the machining appears top notch

Superb looking machining, bundled this with a gastube and blemished barrel so the tolerances would mesh well together. Totally like the bulldog logo, looks really good on the gas block.

I am a certified armorer and attempted to install their patrol length gas tube on their k9 11.5″ barrel. I used a small punch to check proper gas tube roll pin alignment with this gas block and gas tube it appeared to be good alignmenet. While installing the roll pin, i bent both gas tube roll pins that came with the gas block and one of them sheared off in the gas block. I thought it was the gas tube roll pin material was poor quality. After further inspection I saw the hole for the gas tube roll pin was not aligned properly due to the gas tube could not be inserted far enough into the gas block for the holes to align. I’m giving this a 2 stars since I haven’t had a chance to install this product and I had to send it back.

Rosco has been the best as far as my experience has gone. I have been dealing with them for about 4 years now and all my barrels are Rosco. Pistol and rifle barrels. The QC is THE BEST. And they communicate well, the customer service is great. The finishes are amazing, the parts are all sexy looking. The V2 gas block is perfect for a Rosco barrel, and they have designed it so you can pin it easier than some others. I only wish they had a way to earn points per purchase or something, and it would be great if they would create a program for the disabled, an affordability program that is not limited to police/military. Now is the time for this kind of thinking, to become action….honestly.
