This Rosco Forged AR-15 Upper Receiver comes STRIPPED, WITHOUT the forward assist and port door. With the growing popularity of aftermarket port doors and forward assists, we want the end user to dictate their builds. This upper starts with high-quality 7075 T6 aluminum forgings, final machined to better than mil-spec dimensions held to ±.001″ tolerances, giving you maximum compatibility with mil-spec and aftermarket parts and accessories, offering superb strength and versatility for building a rifle configured exactly the way you want it.

Inside Diameter for barrel extension machined for a tighter fit to the barrel, for a more accurate rifle. Please use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up threaded bore of receiver if barrel extension is too tight.
