Our Rosco 5.56 (NATO) barrels are designed to meet the modern day carbine shooters requirements. We are a long way from our daddy’s “Sporter” AR, and those specs just won’t cut it anymore. From properly managed dwell times for SBR’s, to running Suppressed, or setting up a balanced patrol carbine we have incorporated your needs into our engineering. We have successfully accomplished this by picking the right twist rates, gas port diameters, and barrel materials according to the barrel we are making (not a lazy blanket method). We have also balanced input from our consumers and military end users in order to bring you the product you need, not just the one we want to sell you.

The quality of this barrel cannot be over-stated. I ordered this barrel on a Thursday and waited through the weekend and beginning of the next week for it to ship. When I didnt receive a “shipped” notification, I emailed customer service. They emailed me back within 5 minutes telling me my order was shipping that night. It did and my barrel was on my front porch within 48 hours. The quality of the barrel is apparent when you hold it in your hand. Also the fact that I had to thermal fit it into my receiver shows how precise the tolerances are with Rosco products. All in all, from top to bottom, my experience with Rosco has been nothing but a pleasure. Great product, great customer service, great shipping time, sub MOA accuracy. Cant complain.

This my second build with Rosco. I love quality of the craftsmanship. Fast shipping as always.

    Keep up the good work.

I have used Rosco barrels for some time now and the results have been great! It is not uncommon, with match ammo or reloads, to achieve sub-minute of angle accuracy, and in some cases, with matched components, to achieve sub-half minute accuracy. Great products!

I have done plenty of research when it comes to buying gun products and reviews. This is one of the best barrels on the market when it comes to the gun industry for entry level price. When I received it in the mail it was perfectly on time and the customer service actually care for the customers in a fast rate as possible and faster than any other company I have ever purchased from, also they will reply to you asap if you have any questions. This barrel is proven to be very accurate by very reliable sources out there and the barrels last long just as any other barrel out there on the market as well. If anyone purchases this barrel then it will meet all their needs and will be very satisfied. “Rosco Gang for Life”

Roscoe is the best quality per dollar bar none. It begins with fast shipping. Open the box and find the most well packaged products in the business. During your build, the quality is self evident by the fit and finish. Finish the build, the reliability and accuracy are equal to parts costing in excess of 2x the amount.
Roscoe & I could rule the world!

The Rosco Blood Line Barrels are a premium product for a great price. You can’t beat the quality and the great customer service anywhere that I’ve been. I thank you for both your uncompromising quality and service.

For my latest build I needed something decent for my ADM build. I’ve bought a few barrels from another manufacturer in FL but found my last purchase with them just didn’t seeme that well machined & finished so I started looking around and that when I found Rosco. I ended up getting the 14.5 Bloodline from Primary Arms for $89.99. Very happy with how well Rosco barrels are machined and the finish is perfect. Very nice barrel and for the price it was a steal.

Items purchased – Bloodline 14.5” M4 5.56 NATO (Mid-Length) barrell, gas tube, and non-adj gas block – All quality products – I was surprised and extremely satisfied, with them – Would highly recommend buying from Rosco!!

I bought my first ar a 16” Springfield armory saint victor about 4 years ago and after getting my second build a much higher quality 11.5 I realized I’d been getting gassed out every time I’ve shot for the past four years, I tried a bunch of different things but I decided to make a barrel change I wanted to go 14.5 anyway. I’ve only put about 250 rounds through it so far but I did almost all that in one day and I got very minimal gas using all Rosco parts! I now love this gun again!
