Our Rosco 5.56 (NATO) barrels are designed to meet the modern day carbine shooters requirements. We are a long way from our daddy’s “Sporter” AR, and those specs just won’t cut it anymore. From properly managed dwell times for SBR’s, to running Suppressed, or setting up a balanced patrol carbine we have incorporated your needs into our engineering. We have successfully accomplished this by picking the right twist rates, gas port diameters, and barrel materials according to the barrel we are making (not a lazy blanket method). We have also balanced input from our consumers and military end users in order to bring you the rifle barrel you need, not just the one we want to sell you.

First barrel from Rosco won’t be the last already looking at getting another heavy barrel and building another rifle. I used roscos gas block and everything lined up thanks to the dimple!! Which should be on every barrel. The finish is beautiful they definitely take pride in the process. Wish they made a 762×39 barrel and other calibers.

I bought the bloodline heavy 16″ 5.56 barrel. What a great barrel. Only go with heavy profiles in CMV at minimum on 5.56. Gas ports are perfect size. not oversized like most budget manufacturers do. And the gas dimple is like a gift on top of a great barrel.
Everyone I see or read about says these barrels are accurate and long lasting. CMV is the metal I like for barrels.
