Non-Adjustable Gas Block, v2

Our v2 Non-Adjustable Gas Blocks feature the same 'Bloodline' dependability, with improvements for the modern shooter.  We added a knockout hole at the front of the gas block to aide in removing the gas tube. Also featuring improved tolerances and finishes, making the v2 Gas Block a staple for years to come.

Adjustable Gas Block

Our Rosco Adjustable Gas Block is purposely designed to be lined up perfectly with our barrels and gas ports to ensure reliable cycling every time. These Adjustable gas blocks pick up where our standard block leaves off and works perfectly for shooters that want to be able to control their gas flow for suppressed applications.

Excellent craftsmanship. The barrel is super durable. Price was also great. Customer service was immediate. I will buy from this American company again.

  2. Pat (verified owner)

Fit and Finish are excellent. Rosco packaging is far beyond anyone else I have ordered barrels from. I really appreciate the included melonite gas tube and how it was in a protective case.

  3. jjwassel (verified owner)

By far the most well packaged barrel I’ve ever received. Included gas tube in its own sleeve and placed in the foam as well. I will buy another barrel from rosco for this alone. Barrel fit nice and tight into a BCM upper. Had to pull out the heat gun. Geissele barrel nut fit over and snugged it up. Can’t wait to shoot it.

  4. Jesse (verified owner)

Received barrel very quickly and in great shape. Finish is vey clean and well done. Have not installed on my aero m4e1 upper yet so will update after some freedom seeds are sent down range.

  5. Ryan R (verified owner)

Shipped fast and arrived very well packed and boxed. Base Aero Build with BCM BCG and Giessele braided spring H1 buffer….assembled and pinned by ADCO. After zeroing red dot by laser was getting baseball size groups at 25 yards with no support for myself and my GF (new shooter). 260 rounds no issues other than barrel heat. Would buy again. Only issue is the taper towards the rear limits mlok attachments if you have a slim rail (ATLAS S). Not the barrels fault though as it is thicker by design in that area.

  6. Peter C.

I was very happy with this purchase. Nice looking barrel at a decent price.

  7. Erick

This barrel is nothing short of a work of art. The finish is flawless; the recessed crown is perfect; the profile is something to be admired; and the rifling is consistent in width down the boar. I mated the barrel to an Aero Precision M4E1 upper and lower; Sharps Rifle Company’s Xtreme Performance Bolt (XPB) Carrier Group; and Aero Precision ATLAS R-ONE free-float handguard. Broke in the barrel using cheap M193 55g ball (FMJ) ammo. The rifle didn’t like the cheap stuff one bit. I then fed it Federal 69g and 77g Match ammo and the difference was night and day. I conducted some load development and discovered it loves 23.7g of Hodgdon H4985 topped with 69g Sierra TMK and Federal Gold Match 205M primers at a COAL 2.250″, consistently printing sub-MOA 5-shot groups. I would recommend Rosco to everyone. You made a fan for life out of me.
